The accepted papers of this conference will be published jointly with the papers of the main conference — the 11th International Symposium on Advances in Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering (ISAEECE 2026). All papers submitted to CCCE 2026 will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3195-4256-4)together with the papers of the main conference, and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, and Scopus for indexing.
